About Martin
I'm Martin Hogan (he/they/she), a Licensed Clinical Social Worker based in Chicago. I grew up in Georgia and completed my undergraduate and graduate degrees at the University of Georgia. I moved to Chicago for its queer community.
I have seven years of experience in mental health, including three years in community resource work helping people access services. I'm in my fourth year of private practice.
I've spent much of my life close to mental illness and marginalized communities. That experience shapes my work and helps me understand what my clients face.
I stay current on research, terminology, law, and community norms that affect my clients, so our sessions stay focused on your goals.
